LD Seating production hall - construction technology project

The aim of the diploma thesis is a building-technological project on the production and assembly hall LD Seating in Boskovice u Brna. The solution is influenced by the existing hall in the area of the investor, where there will be a future new building. Based on this fact, the appropriate measures are chosen. The project puts emphasis on the off-road transport and the technological process of assembly of the prefabricated reinforced concrete hall, which will be solved from the financial and time point of view. The workflow will be affected by machine assembly, site facilities, and wider transport relationships. The project also solves the concept of the whole issue as a whole. All building objects are taken into account. Based on this, an object schedule and budget are developed.

Koks production hall - upper stage of construction

Subject of this work is execution of the superstructure, especially solution of mounted frame included the lining together with the sheathing construction and building roof. The building will serve as assembly and storage hall for the Koks Production company. Reinforced concrete precast frame forms supporting structure. The building is split to two parts, single-storey hall and two-storey administration part. Construction-technological part from complete execution of the building rough superstructure has been selected as a bachelor’s thesis subject. The technological regulation for the assembly of reinforced concrete precast frame has been elaborated. The precast frame is formed by precast elements supplemented by the lining between the columns in the administration part. The solution of following subjects of building construction was taken into consideration too: • solution of suitable site machinery • workers health, safety, and preservation on the site • health protection • test and trial plan for the mounted reinforced concrete skeleton • time schedule and economic analysis for the superstructure • logistics and material storage on the site
